03. LEAVE IT WITH US
Once you’ve submitted your quote, our team will jump in to work on your quote, check item availability and provide more information on delivery, collection or onsite services. Delivery/Collection and onsite services are available on a first come, first serve basis as we can only accommodate a certain number of setups within our schedule.
Need design services, we’d suggest checking out our Co Design or We Design options.
04. CONFIRM YOUR ORDER
Happy with your selections? Let’s lock it in for you! Kindly note we require a 50% initial payment to secure your rentals and services.
A couple things to keep in mind at this stage: You are welcome to tweak your order after the initial payment is made (items subject to availability) up until 29 calendar days prior to your rental pickup date or your delivery date. Orders requiring changes within 29 calendar days of the rental or delivery date are subject to a 10% rush fee. All payments are non-refundable.

You’re all set! We are here to support you throughout your planning process. Reach out at any time with questions, anxieties or updates. We’re happy to assist!
Otherwise, you can simply chill until we reach out about three weeks prior to your delivery or rental pickup date. At this point, we’ll prep you for all the need to know’s, confirm event times, pick up or delivery details and share how you can best prep for your order. Our team will do our best to guide you through the entire process to ensure it’s a breeze!

Like online shopping, better! When you find something you love, simply hit “add to cart”. Once you have all your top items in your quote, double check the desired quantities are updated, and “continue to checkout”. This is where you’ll be able to get a sense of base pricing to know whether or not you’re within budget!
