Our process is designed to be a smooth ride. From picking out your favourite pieces to finalizing the details, we’ve shared all the info you need to make this journey as easy as possible AND enjoyable as possible!

HOW TO GET STARTED • SCROLL THROUGH THE STEPS
STEP ONE
Browse the Rental Collection
Find the pieces that align with your vibe in our online rental catalogue! Hosting one of the largest decor rental collections in the city, you have full access to our collection where you’ll find a variety of decor to style your wedding. Need a starting point? Let us be your muse – take a peek at our galleries.
You’ll notice that our collection is organized by category of decor – and within those categories you’ll find different options. For example, if you’re hunting for linens, head into the category header “linens” and you’ll be given the sub-category options of multiple type of linen available for hire.

STEP TWO
Start Building your Quote
When you find something you love, simply hit “add to cart” within the product page. It’s similar to online shopping, but differs in that you can’t directly confirm the order online without confirmation from our team on the availability.
Once you have all your top items in your quote, double check the desired quantities are updated, and “continue to checkout”. You can add as many items as you’d like into the quote to compare your final choices.
If your quantities are correct, this is where you’ll be able to get a sense of pricing to know whether or not you’re within budget!

STEP THREE
Leave it with us!
Once you’ve submitted your quote, our team has received your request and will begin checking your item availability.
You should expect a response within 24-48 hours. If you require a quicker turnaround, please call us and we’d be happy to assist you on the fly.
Looking to add delivery/collection or onsite services? No problem! We’ll put you in touch with a our team to check availability and provide pricing.
PS – if you are looking for design services for your set up/styling needs, we’d suggest checking out our weddings or not just weddings galleries.

STEP FOUR
Confirm Your Order
Once you’ve made your decisions on your order, we are happy to confirm it for you! Kindly note we will require a 50% initial payment to secure your rentals and services. A couple things to keep in mind at this stage:
If you would like to make changes to your order after the initial payment is made, we are happy to add or swap items (subject to availability) up until 29 calendar days prior to your rental pick up or delivery date. Delivery/collection and onsite services are available on a first come, first serve basis as we can only accommodate a certain number of setups within our schedule.
Orders requiring changes within 29 calendar days of a delivery date or rental pick ups are subject to a 10% rush fee. All payments are non-refundable.

STEP FIVE
See it Yourself
Our Showroom is open for clients to come by, see our items in person, test out some design concepts and meet with a Stylist one-on-one. We are happy to provide guidance, assist with selections and help with logistics. Book a rental viewing consultation here!
If you are seeking a consultation for design assistance or on-site services, kindly book a design consultation to ensure you are meeting with the right team member.

STEP SIX
We Did It!
We are here to support you throughout your planning process. Please reach out at any time to your Bespokie with questions, anxieties or updates. We’re happy to assist!
If nothing is needed between booking and final confirmation, you can simply chill until we reach out about two weeks prior to your delivery or will-call date. It’s at this point, we’ll confirm event times, pick up or delivery details and answer any additional questions you may have.
Our experienced, baddie team will do our best to guide you through the entire process to ensure it’s a breeze!

Kindly bear in mind that all inventory items and services are subject to availability and all online quotes are unconfirmed until payment and an e-signature are received.
We have no minimum spend for our rental pick up orders! Our warehouse is conveniently located at 3061 Great North Road, New Lynn. We’ll assist you in choosing an appropriately sized vehicle (if renting), advise on what is needed to prepare you for your pick up and help you get everything loaded safely.
