I hail from the beautiful Islands of Fiji and I’m now permanently based in Auckland, New Zealand. With over a decade of experience as an established Fashion Designer, owning the renowned fashion label in Fiji called GUILTY, I have seamlessly transitioned my creative prowess into the world of wedding decor styling.

Driven by an unwavering passion for design, beauty, art, nature, and fashion, I have dedicated myself to crafting enchanting bespoke wedding decor that transforms dreams into reality. My journey into the wedding industry was marked by learning from some of the most esteemed professionals in the field, who imparted their wisdom and skills, further fueling my passion for creating magical wedding experiences.

As the heart and soul behind my eponymous brand, “Samal – The Wedding Designer,” I specialize in providing deeply personalized and captivating decor styling for couples. I take immense joy in meeting couples, understanding their inspirations and visions, and working closely with them to ensure every detail of their special day is perfect.

My approach is both creative and heartfelt where we arrive with an overflowing truck and leave with an overflowing heart, having crafted a magical world for my clients. With a profound love for romance and a commitment to excellence, I ensure that every wedding I style is not just an event, but an unforgettable experience.

During my free time, I try to go to the gym, keep up with long overdue catchups with my friends, read self-development books, cook a decent meal, watch movies, explore new cafes, do DIY projects and do some homework on the latest trends.
